What is Gemini Shop’s return policy?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at shop@gemini.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does shipping take?

  • 1-2 days for east coast addresses, 4-5 days for west coast addresses.
  • Overseas can take about 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country.
  • The shipping time is an estimate and it may take longer than expected to receive your order due to a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions that are outside of our control.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you’ve recently purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days in the U.S. and 1 to 3 weeks outside of the U.S. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Gemini offers free shipping for all orders in the U.S.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries listed here: https://gemini.com/areas-of-availability.


Shipping charges for international orders is a flat rate of $25 for t-shirts and $35 for hats. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gemini is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@gemini.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day limited return policy.


Returns and exchanges are only available if you received damaged or defective goods, or if you received the wrong size. If you have an item that you'd like to return or exchange, send an email to shop@gemini.com with a picture of the item and the reason you'd like to return or exchange it, and the item you'd like to exchange for, if applicable.


If your item is broken, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, the shop will cover the cost of return postage. If you purchased the wrong size or item, you may exchange the item but you will be responsible for return postage.
